10 to 12 in. Recently i picked a bunch of shade leaves off it, they are under 4 ft t-8's x 4 lamps at 32w each.i have 2 cool and 2 warm

The big leaves are the food factories for the plant, you shouldn't take them off, it only hurts the plant and stunts its growth terribly for a week or so. You can take some off after its been flowering to provide light to lower branches, but you never remove all of them.

Oh god, please tell me you check waters pH before you water, and soils. This isnt looking good, but its in early stages of failure so its fixable. Dont use any nutes YET.

yea bro do not cut the fan leaves off...
i'd say onli in bloom if it is blocking the majority of the light.
