QUSH Pheno Hunt

Here is a few picks of my female QUSH plants. I bought a 5 pack a while back and ended up with 3 females. I think they have been vegging for about 75 days or so under T5s. I worked a lot on topping and super cropping these plants because i had time bofore i could flower them. They will be going into flower in the next week. They are in 5 gallon pots with a coco mix of perlite, acient forrest and Organizm XL.

When it comes to predicting the phenos, that plant in the middle of the first pick is definitely more stretchy and less bushy then the others, probably more space queen dom., the others, especially one on the right, look more indica/bubba dom.

If i was you I'd be looking for a pheno that is a mixture of both parents, a nice bubba kush with cherry flavor and smell. Good luck bro. I personally love all pre98 Bubba Kush hybrids!

4 More plants to harvest then the Qush will be going in the flower room on Thursday. Cant wait. These plants are super healthy and bushy.

I have a pack of qush and a pack of QT I'm DYING to pop but I cant do it yet.. I am definitely looking forward to watching your grow... good luck...

Spent the week harvesting and cleaning the flower room. Everything gets cleaned with hydrogen peroxide and simple green. New 600 Watt Ushio bulbs were installed . Plants are looking really good and should be nice producers. Running Co2 @ 1000ppms and day temps 75 / night temps 73. Back row: Left to right, Critical Kush and two silver kush. Front row: Left to right, Qush 1, Qush 2, Qush 3. Took multiple clones of each incase I find the ONEDSC01240.jpgDSC01251.jpg

Qush # 1 turned out to be a male. No clue on how this happened but it did. When the other males showed sex in veg it was very apparent and easy to distinguish. I swear this plant had female pistols showing when it went into flower. That happened to me bout a month n a half ago, i cracked 7 bio - diesels n had 5 females. But bout a wk or so later I noticed balls forming on one pheno. N it was male, not a hermi but I clda swore in veg it was showing lady parts. Glad im
not the only one...the other two look great tho man, gl w.ur grow

the pheno i ended up keeping was seemingly a perfect 50/50, ive been calling it tiny qush because it came out as a lil midget, was like a miniature plant and i nursed it along, it is by far the best ive seen of qush, turns out with solid nuggets with just tips of leafs sticking out, i was convinced it was my keeper from about week 5 on, but was in for a great surprise during harvest.. when i cut open a nug, radiating from the stem was an awesome purple color that was highlighted around the edges by a brilliant pink color, the pink faded during the cure but the purple stayed (personally i couldnt care less about purp, but the pink was a great color) the stone on it is awesome.. it gives you a little zip, enough to want to go do something but enough bubba in there to make you forget what it was you wanted to do, and how to do it :p

CC you seem spot on. My nug seemed similar. Purple pieces when you cut open a nug. Mine was very zippy too and not too stoney. I'm interested where in the flower cycle it should be picked. Cloudy, amber...etc. What percentage? I want to experiment.

i ended up chopping mine at about 10% amber i would say, but thats because i was going elk hunting and needed the extra time to dry before i left, looking back it would have done well going another few days and get more of a down to it, but i really like how it gave me a little energy so its not just straight night night weed like spacedawg
