Im down... After this last pack... Was going to quit before it but realized I had way to much nicotine in my system to go cold turkey when I couldnt sleep... have only smoked 1 so far today but I'm definetly gonna quit, waste of my money and lung capacity..

It's gonna be hard for me to quit I've smoked for over 8 years now, since I was 16 and their have been few days I havent had a cig since then, I'm gonna limit myself to 4 today, 3 tomorrow, 2 the next day, then 1 from their on out till i can go without any

I smoked for several years, heavily, and just quit smoking almost 2 years ago. The first week was the hardest.. then it got easier after that. But I feel better now, I can breathe better and I dont feel short of breath anymore when I run, exercise, etc.. Now I only smoke the good stuff :leaf:
Good luck! Its tough, but it is possible and it is definitely worth it!!

Yeah - I'm in on this one. I quit little over three years ago - I used the nicotine gum for about 10 days. Got so tired of cigarettes and gum, haven had either since.
Appreciate to not smoke cigarettes. I was pretty heavy smoker for 35 years - mostly without no stinking filter.
Somehow - together with the gum - I told myself I had had enough. I wasn't losing out on anything, by not smoking another cigarette. Well, I didn't really have to tell myself - I kind of knew already.
So - little over three years - you just made me think of it! Try to quit, and do it again, if you fail the first time. I don't think it's all that bad to smoke cigarettes, but year in year out, it becomes boring. Costs $$ too.
Time to quit. Good luck.

Quit almost two years ago now, but I've cheated a lot too. The first year is the toughest. I See people quit for months at a time, and still end up smoking again...I quit like 7 times before I actually quit.

I thought about quitting, but i like smoking too much. And I make my own cigs so it really isnt that expensive.

Great! This is my second day off and its been going pretty well... for 2 days at least, but at least we got the ganj
dont got any ganja at the time being:wall: , probably a good thing though cause i always want a cig after i smoke bud:-P

Good job quitting, I used to be addicted also. Now, whenever I take a drag I feel sick to the stomach, it's so unappealing to me now. Just hang in there, you'll be able to quit eventually.

Now you'll have more money for weed
