Quick watering question

When it says water the plants when it's dry about an inch or two down in the soil does it mean completely dry or can it be a small bit moist?

I like to go by the wieght of the pot.

Yea but how do you know the initial weight without water?


Oh yea I just realized, hahaha bit stoned, too late for me, but the soil, does it have to be completely dry or what?

From my experience, if it is a little damp just wait until your next dark cycle and it should be dry. If not, you need to put a little more perlite into the soil to make it more porous.
