Why is my plants getting droopie on the bottom or am I just worrying to much because I just moved them from a closet to there own room and they went from 190ws of cfl to 750 w of hps maybe that has to do with it..... I don't know

You are over watering them.

Its 84.6 and I water them every two days 1/3 of a gallon

Not the reason why's it's dropping it's over water by the looks off it with your pic off how wet it looks
