LST or scrog, you could also TOP or FIM them, but i'd say LST is you best bet

only do a quick vegetative grow, maybe like 2 weeks? maybe do 12/12 from seed? also check out Topping, Screen of Green, and Super Cropping. All handy tools in getting the most out of your light while keeping the plants as short and small as possible.
