That is a pretty dumb statement. Of course scrogging will keep them from growing tall. Do you know what a scrog is?you can scrog it, but that will not keep it from growing tall, LST will surely do that and also increase the yield. and about your grinspoon... don't know too much, but i can assure you that the seed from barney's are good shit, i use them
im planning to build a grow box about 3-4 feet tall and 2-3 feet wide. i really want to grow dutch passion blueberry feminized, but it says that she grows tall. Will i be able to grow her in this box or will she be too tall. Link is below.

LST and ScrOG are essentially the same thing but it depends on how much time and care you take LSTing. If its just one or two bends you may as well ScrOG, but if you want to make the most out of every inch of space, LST in a spiral or circle pattern then flower when its about half as tall of your grow space
