Quick question

I have my plant in a 1" by 2" by 1" box with a 250w halogen light and a fan to keep it cool. Is that okay?
Also my plant was recently potted and now it's dying. I read that it could just be adjusting to its new surroundings plus it went from outdoors to indoors. The leaves are folding down and a few tips are folding down. The stem is rather droopy. I just did the, I guess you could call it my grow room (the box), today. I am using miracle grow soil mixed with perlite.

no halogen lights do not produce the proper spectrum. See HPS/MH LED CFL or T5 lights. Visit the lighting forum and read the sticky.

Alot of possible issues here. Heat stress, nute overage, watering schedule etc. As the previous poster said Halogen is not the best light for growing and in that size of a box I would suggest CFLS 6400K range for veg and 2700K for flowering. Please check the link in my signature, great grow video's from master growers. Best of luck!
