Quick question

Ok... So in the 2nd week in January i have some guests coming to the stay at the house and while they are here (for 5 days) i was going to swap the 400 watt hps lamp for cfl's of around 250 watts so i can turn off the slightly noisy fans and extracter fan... the 3 plants in the flower room will be 6, 4 & 2 weeks into flower.... Will this change in light intensity and slight change in temperature cause the girls to hermi??? Any thoughts???

Thanks Chris

doubt it but may want a second opinion.

but if you are woried about it just check your plants thouroghly and if you start to see it hermie take off the male flowers before they open or fully develop so they dont have a chance to pollinate.

Yeah... tried that with a hermi last grow and it didnt work... from now on all hermi's get immediately executed!!

I dont think it would cause them to hermie. Thats just my opinion as well. I think it would just slow the growth. I would make sure to have a good amount of cfls in there th or high wattage ones at least.

I think your fine, the light intesity may have changed but as long as your light schedule doesnt it should'nt cause stress, and therefore should not herm, but i'm noobish.
