quick question

My top cola on one of my girls has about 50% amber and 50% cloudy trichs. I want to harvest but the lower buds still have clear trichs. Can I go ahead and clip the top cola and let the rest keep going for a few more weeks? My top cola is starting to dry out so I need to pull it but I want top make sure that it wont hurt the rest of the buds. THANKS
