I cut and pasted from their website. I'm not a sponsor, but I really like this shit! It's a powder that you mix in water, but you can make teas with it too. It also helps to fix lockout. I wouldnt use it in DWC, It will settle in the bottom. What are you using for light? No offense but those plants are stretchy and thin. Get your light closer. Also there's no way to judge a plants watering needs based on the soil, Fox Farm is tripping. For as thin as those plants are you would be lucky if they needed 1 liter every third day.
Watch the plant, let the soil dry and go in with one liter and then check it two days later. If everything looks good give it another day. Watch for wilting leaves. If you see them add water.

Thanks for help. I mean it. I'm using a 1000w led light i got off amazon. Has 2 switches. 1 for veg and one for flower. Had both on for while and it was stretching. Put it on only veg and the it still continues to stretch. And Its only 1 plant. Unfortunately I cut it down to the size of the other one today. The thing about info from everyone is that everyone has different ideas and I kinda gotta judge what makes more sense. I'm using home depot bought soil that contains nutrients already. I know a lot of people blurt out a bunch of sorry ass opinions. Just wade through the bs, you'll know when someone is trying to honestly help. A lot of people are trying but you have to apply info that pertains to your situation. Knowing you bought Home Depot soil it's a wonder you don't have bugs. They store their soil outside, I avoided them cause on my first grow I used FFoF and had gnats. From then till now I'm very suspect of who and where I buy soil. I switched to Promix HP and haven't had bugs since. It has a fungicide in it and mico's.
I'll be honest with you and say I expected you to say you had a Amazon 1000 watt light. Check the specs on it. Their 1000 watt lights usually draw about 100 watts at the wall. That's barely enough for one plant. It will grow bud quality and yield will suffer. Also it's really only good for smaller tents like 2x2. Anything larger and you need a more powerful light. I don't mean you have to buy a gazillion dollar light, but more light equalls mo better buds. What size tent do you have? And have you looked at the deals thread? These are pictures from two weeks ago at about 3 or 4 weeks from transplant.

Yeah, my guess is it's not really a 1000w light. Sound like a blurple (given the switches) and given the stretching probably 100w or so. I certainly at all costs would leave both flower and veg colors on since you'll want to get as much light out of it as possible. Time to start looking for newer technology lights with more firepower.
Those plants are gorgeous. Thats what I want. So my light may be the issue. My tents are 4 by 4. With ventilation and a single 4 in fan near air entry point. Im not sure but the led lights are pretty bright. I'm not sure about the watts its actually putting out but with both switches on they shine. So with the soil i did have some bug problems but bought a foliar spray and it seems to work. Now with the light....if I were to purchase a good one and it was brighter, wouldn't the plants want to chase it more and stretch more. Or do I have it wrong. I just want a batch that looks like yours. Still trying to work out the so called kinks. I use the fox farms trio and I feed every 3 to 4 days. Lately I have been giving about half gallon to my 2 plants in flower mode. And they are skinny. On top of that I also give terpinator. And big bud. Plus the nutes that are in the soil. I really do appreciate the advice you give. If you have some suggestions on lights or feeding schedules ide greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Its so close it can touch it. I had it at about 16 in. Then moved it because I have no clue whats going on.

A 4x4! Dude your light is definitely the problem! No way a 100 watt light is gonna be enough. A true 300 watt bar light would just get the job done. When looking at Amazon lights start with lights with 4000 in the description. Your light is xx1000, you need xx4000 or higher. You say your plants are in flower? Here's a plant going into flower today. See the light up there? $539 of not enough light for the tent size, will blow your light out the water. And still not able to handle a 4x4. Not even close. You can buy cheap everything, but not a cheap light. By the time you grow, dry and cure you have 4 months of busting your ass for what? Low yield, low potency, possible bad taste. You may think the light is bright, but your plants will grow in a window sill. With enough light the plants don't stretch cause there getting enough light. The average foliar spray is food safe, not smoke inhalation safe. Plus you don't want to taste it. Avoid spraying anything on a flower plant that you may ingest through your lungs. It's safer to smoke the bug! It's ok, smile and laugh with me. You'll get it in the long run!

This is why I don't really like to give concrete advice. I usually say, "personally I would ..." because everyone grows differently, no one aside from the grower knows all of the variables, and I'm not pretending to be an all knowing master grower. Certain things, like more light, are obvious. Other things like topping, scrogging and defoliating are more of a personal choice.

I bought a 600w (60w) Samsung LED off aliexpress for under $60. Two would to that tent proud. They were great for my 3x3x5 tent. I'm running some 80w FS stirps now in my tent for the first time. As they grow I'll add another. But they were less than $20 each.
I just appreciate this forum and everyone's help and will definitely look into better lights. Any and all advice is awsome

120w seems awfully low. I have a Spectrum King 120w Mother's Little Helper that I use in a corner of a goofy dimensioned tent for supplemental lighting, but it isn't very bright. What are you flowering plants looking like?
Bro i appreciate you so much. I only used the foliar before flower. Not after it started flowering. I forget the name of it. And it did seem to help. So if it has a better light...it won't stretch anymore. It will be content and grow like yours. Bro I can't wait. Just gotta try to get the money. But I will get them.

I used them in the tent for veg. And they outgrew the tent. I had the lights within a couple inches of the top. Plenty of light. I moved the plants into the flower room with those two lights and one 150w HPS. They are reaching for the stars!
Maybe confusion on wattage. They are rated 600w but draw 60. 65w with the red leds on. I was thinking of getting two more and ditching the HPS lamps. I also lined the tent and my flower room with a mirror finish adhesive backed paper.
Damn bro good info. My tent has reflective walls. Os that not enough.
