What temperature do you like to have during lights off phase?

I usually keep it 72-74. I was just curious if some people thought that their temps that are different had good/ bad results

66ish I just don’t want it below 65.. 70 is also good.. my lights on temps are about 74

My basement is 64 this time of year, so thats the temp at night. Daytime temps are around 78

78-80f lights on
65-67f lights off

I think rule of thumb is keep temp swings within 15f
