I dont really see why it would be a issue unless you allow standing water in your trays or something like that. I make sure to shopvac out any water, and only water when its needed giving good wet dry cycles. Right now im in a 35 gallon container an ill run 20 gallons of water through it, removing around 7 with the shopvac. I make sure to check for more drainage every few hours to be sure theres not standing water and such up anything that settles. Right now im watering ever 4 ish days, and that will increase as i get deeoer inti flower but its like day 5 right now.

Single plant 5x5 tent, scrog. If you wamt any other details im happy to share em, def want to help people use HID's better an easier if i can. I think a lot of people here got a lot of miss-information lately by the LED crowd an i hate to see people forgetting what we all knew a few years ago

Its small now. I used to do big rooms but not anymore. So long as all standing water is removed its less a worry about humidity. I also cover the tops of my containers with coco coir an perlite mix to stop needless water evap, with high quality potting soil below. That really really helps moisture loss from the continer. I also dont really folier spray anymore, just havent needed to in a long time.

The tent is sealed, i wouldnt call it a big ass room, its actually a very small room with a 4x4 veg area beside it. The 2 together make the room mostly full with a very small space to walk and store things

This winter ill flower it as a single room an take the tent down. Ive def lowered the watts to keep this low stress on myself. The veg area is being powered by less than 100 watts of led. Id say about 70 actually. Im trying to keep that area growing slow because it wont be properly cooling down for 2 months, an i planned this out to work exactly this way. That tent comes down, i rebuild as a single room for winter an i use the added geat off the lights to heat the home an i avoid a heating bill. I generally have a very very average electric bill.

How about you actually read up on the subject?
It's basic and easy to find.....Ed's Oakstrdam text book brings it up in brief explanation too.
Once a cannabis plant sit's in a temp over say 85. The increase in it's energy created vs. energy used for growth. Is increasingly overtaken by the plants energy use to stay healthy (cool) in that high temp situation...Transpiration is increased to cool the plant vs feed the plant. The actual production of food it uses to grow is burned by the increased needs to cool.. This begins at about 80 deg F but increases at an exponential rate.
At somewhere around 90-95 deg. F. The plant is now basically not growing at all. It's now using almost everything to exist vs to actually grow...
Put in basic, general terms.
Even on good temp days Mr. V. Most C3 plants will loose over 30% of it's available growth potential to the "light saturation point" at one point in the day. This begins far earlier in the day then many believe, or understand maybe better...Now you have only 70% of the plants energy going to growth. The other 30% is being used by the plant to change on a cellular level to protect it's self from the (now overpowering) sun!
The use of Co2 is how this effect can be countered. It will now require you use high RH and Temps to make this work properly! Over the years I have found that you can get that 30+% back but, now suffer some loss due to other factores. I find in the long run. I do just fine with no amending the Co2 in a cost vs return value...

Bay area humidity normally runs 30-50%.
I have a sealed room and have had my humidity get up to 74%.
Running a chiller/swamp cooler is a good way to add some moisture while dropping temps and maintaining air balance.

yeah wasn't thinking your/his location has a much different humidity level on a good day im lucky to see 60% 100% sealed rooms here easily go to 90% humility. personally i think moving air though your grow room even with lights off is better
