quick question. "Cross Legs" Does that mean female?

Had a fellow grower come by the house and tell me one (out of three) of my seedlings is a Female due to cross legs at the nodes. Says at a certain level it crosses due to being a female. Wanted to see what everyone else thought about this

what on earth does cross legs even mean?? jesh, where do these people come up with this stuff at??
