Is A or B the most desirable? Red is where I cut and the blue arrows point to the growth that will be stimulated.

I'd go for A, if you give it another day or two to grow so you don't clip the growth shoot.

You don't want to get a lot of stretch between tops.

If you get crazy stretch again you may as well go with B.
