Quick Nute Question

Hello All,
Im in 15 days of flowering. I am growing a single plant in a Hydro bucket.
What I wanna know is when I fill my reservoir, I ph to 5.8 and ppm @ 1200.
The next day I'll need to add about 1 gal. to 1 1/2 gals of water. I retest the ph, usually still 5.8 and the ppm drops very little if @ all. Shouldn't the plant be using the nutes with the water?
Plant looks great and flowers are popping nicely.
Using:
General Hydroponics Grow/micro/bloom (Bloom measurements) in res.
Cal-mag + folier spray and Res.
Big Bud & Bud Candy in Res.
Temps no lower than 75f, no higher than 84f
I add frozen liter bottles to bucket while lights are on.

Anyone else notice this?

The idea behind hydro growing is to try and find the sweet spot whereby nutes and water are used at equal rates.

This means that if you are in the sweet spot ppm will pretty much stay the same but reservoir level of water will decrease.

If you've found this sweet spot, which I think you have, then good on you!

Ideally if you see an increase then you are over feeding.

If you see a drop of 100-250ppm then you can increase ppm next fill up.
