Quick nute def question

Any idea what's going on? They are from seed been in happy frog soil for about a week and a day under 4 bulb t5. Not sure if they need light dose of nutes (I will be using flora nova grow). What do you guys think?

Looks like light burn to me. How close are your lights? Try turning 1 or 2 bulbs off for now

Could be light burn I'm about 3 in from bulbs

Done. Its my first time growing this strain must be sensitive to the light. I've never had a problem with other strains that close. Thanks for the advice!
