QUICK HELP

i left the room light on in my grow room over night by accident which is nowhere near as strong as the grow light.
am i fucked and is there anything i can do?

would it help if i turn the lights off now? or should i keep them on. i have a 12/12 light cycle (normally) from 12am to 12 pm and its 12:10 right now so lights have been on for 10 mins.

You are good...get them back on light schedule and all will be well.

Not after one light issue...repeated over time yes, problems will occur.
As long as everything else environment wise is good, you will be fine.
