Do I have to bring in air from the outside to cool off my light? I currently using a 1000w hps

I'm not sure what you're asking without knowing your configuration. Are you just circulating air in your tent, or is your light vented from outside the tent, but within the same room? How could it be "sweating" if it isn't colder than the tent's ambient temp? What are your temps in the tent vs the room?

Well now it's venting from same room. Sweating happend when I pull air from outside thru the room to the tent

Don't intake from outside in cool temperature to cool light
If you use insulated duct, it will just pool in your reflector.
