Quick CO2 Question... Advice required (UNIS co2 controller)

I run a 4 x 4 x 4 tent with no active fan for air in - it is a passive system

(i have only the extraction fan and the vents in the side of the tent for air flow in)

Can i use bottled co2 in this set-up???

It goes like this

Filter>Fan>Ducting>Pushes through a Magnum XXXL>Ducting>Up and out of the tent and property

I was going to use a UNIS controller which approximates the size of the tent and doses accordingly - advice appreciated

Anyone... im worried about the co2 being sucked out of the room

However, if enough hangs around to be beneficial and i run my air cooled lights on higher temps 80-90F it means less warm air escaping the building which can only be a good thing?

Advice?

Come on peeps... Surely someone must be using the UNIS controller, my temps are currently sitting at 90F and 30% Humidity which i thought would have been ideal for co2 dosing???
