Quick and easy scrog question.

Thinking of doing a scrog for my next grow. Haven't decided yet between that and supercropping +LST.

Question about scrog:
Do you go over and under the screen, or continually pull back through and go under?

just under is fine.

Do you go over and under the screen, or continually pull back through and go under? ...Screen is used as a support for the forth coming buds, stalks grow thru screen, or you may pull them, to adjust them thru the screen, secret is getting everything at JUST the right height

It depends on how strong the plant is. If it can support the weight of the buds then just under is fine.
