quick 911/need help

i got some seeds germinating just in case,but all the new growth seems to be ok.i have lightly watered her as of yesterday(about 3 inches out of a standard drinking glass)should i give her a little more today???

There are a few things you can do to make sure you don't over water.

1. Get a cheap moisture sensor from walmart or lowes. Like this http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001A5OR5I/ref=redir_mdp_mobile

2. Stick your finger an inch or two below the top of the soil and feel for moisture.

3. Pick up the pot dry and remember the weight. Then do it again after watering until water drips from the bottom. Now you know the feel of it dry and wet so you can pick up the pot and know if it needs water or not. But that won't work if you are using a SCROG setup so I would suggest option 1.
