I think most of my unanswered ?s have to do with the legal system.

How can rapists be let out of prison after serving a few years in minimum security prison and people who use drugs be sentenced to rediculous 25 years or more sentences?

How can a man be found guilty of a crime and than later when technology is improved can they be found innocent? How could the evidence be that compelling to not leave any doubt among the jurors if he is not the right person?

How can the judicial system charge you twice for the same crime? Example:you commit a crime while trespassing. It is considered burglary because you comitted the crime while trespassing so how can someone get charged with burglary and the crime?

How can someone who is caught pissing in public be grouped with pedofiles and sertious sex offenders?

How can they give you plea bargains with smaller sentences if you plead guilty to something but if you ecercise your right for a fair trial they throw the book at you? It makes it logical to plead guilty to a crime even if you didn't do it just because you could be found guilty anyways. How can someone charged with a crime get a different sentence for it than somebody else?

How can they keep people alive after they have been sentenced to death and make the taxpayers pay for their living expenses and how can someone legally make $ off of prisoners?

How do some people sleep at night?

why did our founding fathers fight for independence just to be dependent on other countries? why did we allow this to happen?

dude mine can described in one word. gravity.

nothing boggles my mind more then gravity. you should first imagine yourself on the moon, i mean if you throw something on the moon it will never stop moving at that speed. thats fuckin crazy. here we throw something and it slows down and eventually falls.

oh and next is religion. how can grown adults believe in god? they have to know its all a fuckin fairy tale. this boggles my mind.

The moon does have gravity. Just less. (1/6th as much as Earth) If you threw something it would slow down and then fall...but it'd go 6 times farther.

doesnt that trip you out?
The tumbling through space forever bit trips me out. That'd suck pretty hard.

How about this...not really a question...

The moon is leaving us. Every single year it moves 1.6" farther away. If it were to leave us completely...all life would be destroyed on Earth as the moon actually helps to stabilize our rotation. A destabilized rotation would cause us to majorly wobble thus affecting our climate dramatically. As in 75 degree swings in temperature bi-monthly. Imagine it's negative 10 degrees and two weeks later it's 65 degrees. How could ANYTHING survive through that for long?

Plus days and nights could be MUCH shorter. Maybe only 6 hours long...unless...

There is even speculation (as is everything that hasn't happened yet) that we'd stop rotating period. That'd mean 1/2 gets all the light, 1/2 gets all the dark...but with the wobble...sweet jeebus you see where this is going? Basically go out and tell the moon that you love her. Don't leave us!!! :P

heres one for people.

Whats the speed of gravity?

How can the affects of gravity be felt instantaneously between all the planets in our solar system and our sun when nothing can travel faster than the speed of light?

yeah, you nailed my questions too!! I've been in and out of jail my entire life and most of the time i did just plead guilty and do the lesser sentence, its like its smarter to be guilty. i mean you get offered deals like 30 days to plea guilty or 3 years if you go to trial and lose….how does fighting for your innocence relate to a stronger sentence?

and i'm really curious to see how privately owned prisons work? do they profit off of MY tax dollars too? so a citizen who owns a prison actually gets my tax money?
