After strenuous amounts of research I have come to the conclusion that I want to go with a DIY COB setup and the one I chose for my 4'x4'x7' Grow tent was the 12 CXB 3590 3500k running @ 1050 ma on 2 HLG 240h-c1050 drivers.
Overall Setup:

Generating = 420 Watts/256 PAR Watts
Which according to my calculation would produce the same yield as a traditional 600W HPS setup. My calculations being 420 x 1.5g = 630g.
If I were to have 6 full-grown plants with a SCRoG setup in a 4'x4'x7' tent, would I be able to yield more than 2 pounds with this setup?
I got this set-up from the Growmau5 video and as he believed this was going to be the optimal setup for a 4'x4' and me being a complete novice that I should probably take his advice.
If anyone has any suggestions for me on how to a) lower the cost of my setup without lowering output, b) boost my setup to increase my yield at the same price, or c) lower the cost of my setup and boost my yield. Please let me know
Also I was wondering what your guys' opinion is on this setup by cobkits
