Questions about growing in an old fridge

Hey guys, first post here and I was wondering if I could get some input. I'm moving into a new house next month with a basement, and I want to set up an old fridge in the basement for growing. I'll use the fridge area for flowering/growing and the freezer area for clones. I'm going to drill a hole in the back and mount a computer fan to vent directly into a carbon scrubber.

My question is, what type of lights should I use? I grew in an armoire in the bedroom before, and I used 3 - 100 watt equivalent cfl's with good but not great results. I was thinking of using a 250 watt sodium light, but I don't know if this would be overkill and/or if the heat would be a problem in such a small space, which would be about 13 cubic feet (4 sq. ft. x roughly 3 1/2' high). I was also thinking LED, but I really want to get the most for my money and I'm not sure which way to go. I also don't want to underlight the plants either, but in such a small space this is less of a concern.

Also, has anyone ever grown in a fridge before? Is it a good idea or are there any problems I'm not forseeing? My reasoning is that it's already white on the inside for reflection, completely sealed so that no light/odor gets out and is the perfect size for what I need, which would be 3-4 plants. Also, no one questions an old fridge sitting in the basement. Any information or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey thanks man, I think I'm gonna go with 2 - 125 watt cfl's for the four or five plants that I'll be growing. If I put one light on top and one on the bottom the plants should be getting more than enough light, especially with the white surfaces inside the fridge.
