Questions About finishing a Outdoor Plant Inside

I have 2 Bubba Kush Plants that i have had outside since may 21st , they didnt start budding till late august , its now october and they are not even near done , i would say they need another 4 weeks under a 1,000 watt (which i have) , i have pics , i was thinking i should bring them inside and finish them ? Is this a good idea? Also iam moving indoors fully here real soon anyways , i have new plants vegging inside now under a 400 MH ( i have 2) also just got a 1,000 watt 6" air cooled Hood Digital Ballast , and iam ordering a 4x4 Tent and a 6" 400 CFM fan , im a newbie but i have a good idea of what iam doing , just it would be nice to not have to make some of the mistakes others have , so iam hoping to meet some other medical patients on here to share ideas etc

With my plants I have been moving them from indoors to outdoors daily due to frosty cold nights here. I would start out with moving them inside for 2 hours the first week see how they react then keep moving them inside for more time as you pace it out not to stress out your babies too much
