Guys, Im reading about scrog and I have a question. When do I start removing undergrowth? Is it during flowering when their is no more light shining under the screen? And will removing all that green leaves and buds, stunt growth?

I dont grow scrog... BUT i would say cut the bottom growth in veg.. an I would say keep trimming/pruning/wtv to a minimum during flower but just my 2 cents:eyesmoke:

NEVER trim any leafs in flower NEVER no matter what style your growing.. you should trim every other week or so while in veg with SCROG that is after your plant is about one foot tall... your last trim should be a week prior to flowering. when your plant enters flowering it basicly stops producing new leafs for the most part..therefore you dont need to trip in flower..that and trimming while in flower causes stress and reduces yield and potiency.

oh ok that makes perfect sense. things are much clearer now. and the small buds that grow in the undergrowth, I can trim those off during flowering as they pop up right? I think people call them suckers.
