Questions about an 8x8 setup

Sup folks, was just wondering how productive you all think and 8x8x7 room could be under peak conditions? How would I get there? Would like to use cree led. Money isn't exactly and obstacle but I would like to be somewhat fiscally responsible. Im in no real rush so whatever the most productive cycle is would be most appealing. Thanks for any input!

Cree cobs are kinda outdated but they still grow nice weed. There's far better led available now.
That being said an 8x8 would need quite a bit of light and that would def run you a pretty penny with good led.
The limits are endless..... There's a ton of brands with varying quality. It's all about your personal growing space and what YOU want to do with it. Hid will be your most low cost to startup but do draw the amps and create heat that needs to be displaced. Led is a way higher initial cost but gives the most light/watt and runs much cooler so you don't need to run as much air through the setup.
As to 'how productive' it will be will vary on your growing style, skill, genetics and experience.
