Questions about Al B Fuct method

Hi there everbody,I read whole threads of Al in the last year.From "batch of clones" to "how to get a harvest every two weeks" but still missing some points ( his threads are being only watched rite now ) ! So,my main question is :
- How much exactly he gonna yield on 1 main cola ? ( smt he said 1-2 oz,smt different,idk)
