Sounds like a good plan. You'll also want quite a bit more lighting if you plan to grow that many plants.

Well, I see your two floro tubes, what is that other light you've got? Personally, I would try to get at least a couple more lights, preferably some medium watt cfl's.

you dont need a gallon for every foot of growth!many ppl use 7litre pots for a whole 3+ month grow, like myself!ive had no problems so far!anyway you need to bury them stretched seedlings so they end up 3quarters there size and get ya light alot closer!and you need to seperate them other seedlings asap.

i have 2 tubes. and now i have 1 23 watt clf and 1 26 watt clf.
and do i have to move the lights closer than they are now. because the tubes are like 1-2 in from the plants and the clf's are like 4in away.
if i am using 26 watt how many should i have.

get the highest watt cfls you can get,,,, for a few cents more you want to get those y splitters to screw into your socket so you can have 2 bulbs in every socket... If your going with that watt bulb, get 4 per plant with the y splitters you will be doing great, but also depends on how big your area is going to be.... oh yeah,, put something reflective on your walls and you will notice a big difference, unless your walls are white, white is good but looks like you have a green wall there.... have a great grow......:peace:....................

Yeah,,, no problem,,, remember,, dont overwater, only water when dirt starts dryin out, maybe once every 3 to 4 days,, ph should be 6-7 preferably 6.3 yo 6.5, thats very important, and a small fan is needed........:peace:..........

To be honest with ya buddy, after 20 some grows I have yet to use a ph meter. However, I do think that everyone should have one available to them in case it is ever needed.

I use my ph tester every single day. Its a 3 in 1 PH, PPM, EC meter from Milwaukee. In hydroponics you must keep track of ph and ppmevery single day. even twice a day sometimes. I dont know what i would do without it, I wouldnt be able to grow hydroponically and organically.

right now with that stretch id leave them as close as possible without touching the plants , for 24/0 ,,, them cfl's yes they are 26 watt ge helical ,, did the package say (daylight) on the front of it in light blue lettering .... ,.. when the light is lite up ,is it solid white with a hint of blue , this is 6500K spectrum...... or is it yellowish , just liek a regular house incadecent light ..this is the 2700K ,, there is all in between also ,, but cfl's come in these spectrums mainly.... , mount all them lights on a board or somthing ,, i made one with cardboard & ducktape & cut holes in it for teh light socket to come thru & u should use them (Y) light twin socket adapters , they have them at any hardware store for 2 - 3 $$$... get all ur lights situated & then put them about 6 inches above ur tops ,, under your plant pots stack up some CD cases intil the top of ur plant is within 1 inch away ,, if its starts to touch the bulb , just remove 1 cd case ..... get some cheap buckets from the local 1$ store ,, ( i have used mini trash cans from the dollar store , cut holes in the bottem ) always make sure there is good drainage , plant ur babies up to the 1st leaf set . & DO NOT OVER WATER ,, ..., yes 12/12 is for flowering ,, but u are not to that point yet ,, so in the meantime while your wating to get to the flowering cycle ,, read up on here & soak up as much info as u possible can ,, :) ,,
