QUESTION WHAT WATTAGE IS THIS AND HOW HIGH SHOULD IT BE. Got it for free

This led I got for free years back. What would you say this is, 90 Watts? What spectrum does it look like? Does the color/spectrum of light it’s putting out make it look like a piece of shit? I can see it looks like half of the lights on the thing have stopped working and it’s pictured below. Do you think it will support the plants? I have powerful hid lights and led lights but I wanted to use my cheapest lights to run as long as I can and keep heat down. I have some small plants about 6-7 inches tall. Growing strong and were under a 24 w t5 but it seemed like it was time for a stronger and wider light foot print. Can I continue to support these plants with a t5 or is it time for a stronger light?

Huck that thing and get a real light. You will be so happy you did.
Well fortunately I didn’t pay a dime for it. I do have two 600 watt air cooled convertible mh/hps hoods and lights and a 600 watt led that I know is quality because I’ve used it before. I’ve never used this thing because it looks like a piece of shit but I’ve heard people say that little leds can surprise you, I’m just trying to be frugal with my bills and learning what type and intensity of light is sufficient for what stages of growth and when a certain level of light is overkill. If that makes sense... Thanks

Use it to start some cups ( until it officially dies )

Run your 600 or shop for some led strips , boards .

HLG , Atreum , Sol Strips , etc.
