question regarding rooted clones

i got some clones that have been in plastic cups and been kept under low light for about 6 weeks and trimmed down a few times....they are about 3 to 4" tall and are looking a little yellow but alive for sure... My question is if i get them in pots under good light will they be as good as normal clones or did i hurt them at all

as long as they are being fed and are not root bound ...then they will be fine. I'd get em under good light asap

i can see some roots through the cup but i dont believe they are root bound yet
