Question regarding my humboldt blue dream harvest

Hi,

i am 8 weeks into flower on my blue dream from humboldt. The plant is rather cramped in my grow area and only the very top of the canopy has received much light. The top is looking almost done, however the bottom half is VERY underdeveloped. I have read that you can harvest half now and half later on, however I am not sure to what extent this applies. Please see my pics and let me know if these lower buds stand a chance.

Yes you can split the harvest up however you want. Take the tops and let the rest of the plant mature.

haha thatll teach ya for being greedy n cramming so much in lool, yea as said above basically chop them in half and let the bottoms grow, by the time your putting the top half in jars, the bottom will be ready...

p.s i really want to run this in my dwc ta for the picks, she looks good, a little more leafy then i would like but thats strain related not your doing! well done man....

Thanks man. I started flowering 3 weeks from seed when the plant was way under a foot. I knew i could expect alot of growth with a sativa dominant strain but didnt expect it to fill the tent hah. The one on the left just got huge. The one on the right is much smaller.

Any more comments on the plant are much appreciated. I'm hoping to yield 8 or so ounces at the end of it all....

tent is 6ft btw. 250w hps.

WTF all that from a 250w hps you my firend have a very green thumb....just a tip for next time, if you trim all the lower sites you are now faced with the energy that would have gone into them is diverted up to the top buds, making them even bigger.....

i have nabbed your pick for my diary as i want some hso blue dream to use in a cross (in uk so cant get us clone only) but i dont want to go pheno hunting, so if you dont mind sending me the rooted stem with a few (3-4) nugs on so i can re-veg it, it would greatly help lol

can you repost that last pick the right way up so i can have a better look, i cant twist my head that far for too long lol....

im gobsmacked 2 plants in a 6ft tent under 1 250w hps....wow.

Whilst they were growing I thought alot about culling the one on the right to give the good pheno more room, and in hindsight i wish i did.

I too am BD testing.whats the veg like? u think 7 would fit under 1000 watter?
