check your local laws first.

caregivers per household is one thing

60 plants in one room and 60 in a another is way different than 120 all in the same room.

and depending on where you live, you take a chance.

not able to go over 99? well technically.. yeah sure you can. the only thing telling you, you can't is the same laws that say you can't have that plant AT ALL: federal.

good luck!

Yes I would not go over 99 plants under one roof. And keep each caregivers plants completely separate and locked! Don't be one of those idiots who thinks they have some affirmative defense to grow 99 plants. your allowed 12 per patient I would include un-rooted clones in this count as well.

ok thanks guys thats pretty much what i figured and yes i do have it in 2 enclosed locked areas of the house, as well as unrooted clones i was always under the impression that they had to be rooted to count on your plant count?

I wouldn't count on LEO to be cutting any slack what so ever! Your best bet is to still act as if it is illegal!! I would be counting clones un-rooted as plants LEO will just see a plant they don't care about all the technicalities like "it doesn't have roots".

I was told by a lawyer in mi that unless it has roots its not counted. The leaves can be weighed but its not part of the plant count..

Ok here's a very likely scenario. You have clones in your cloner or whatever you use to clone plus you are maxed out on plants already. LEO comes a knocking on your door and you think all is good but oops those clones you thought didn't have roots now have sprouted roots overnight. Now your over on plant count and all your MM card protections are out the window. I bet that lawyer didn't think of that! But seriously I wouldn't risk it we are already borderline legal/illegal.

I have had LEO go through my shit. I have talked extensively with them, about clones and seeds. The whole nine yards. HE WAS COOL. He said he can tell immediately the difference between those attempting to be compliant and those that don't give a shit. Label your plants, don't go over 99. Yes there are assholes. Some of them fuck heads will look for a razor to make their own cuttings and fill your cloner. I mean they can pull a bag of coke out of their pocket if they want.
If you are scared, stay on the porch. If you talk to a lawyer and police, what the fuck else can you do?
If you go over 99 the feds will get involved. The feds will break it off in your ass. A lawyer will not help you then. Martha Stewart and Michael Vick each paid for an entire law firm. That is no shit you ever want to mess with. They will find out everything about you. Old pictures I colored as a kid, when she threw that shit out, the feds got it. Beer bottles I littered 10 years prior, they got em. Lies I told in grade school, yep - they knew. lol.

Ya Glad thats pretty much the rout im going i stay legal and never want to mess with leo,im on such a close rotation that as soon as clones are rooted 12 plants are cut down, i harvest 12 every 10 days so im not going to go over 99,but... i keep seeying that people go over 99 and was just wondering if i could as well, it would be nice to have a lawyer chime in on his thoughts. thanks again

Glad has the right idea. Feds don't much care about the little guy growing for himself..but get close to 99 plants, and your a fish worth catching.

If your havesting 12 plants every 10 days your going to be way over the legal 2.5 oz max per patient. Not to mention 99 plants would take about 20,000-25,000 Watts to properly grow. Good luck keeping that on the down low. Sounds like your growing for profit to me.

No bmf725 its not for a huge profit i give away 2-3 oz a month to each one of my patients as well as edibles oils and tinctures we are 3 caregivers 2 for plants and 1 just for product on hand, anyone who says they dont make money i dont beleive and also more like 15 thousand watts is what i use, ive also been inspected twice now by 2 different agencies(MSP and sheriff) and they both found i was within the law, i only compensate myself for my time otherwise it all goes back into the grow or to my patients in the form of new products.Im a retired executive chef so i make some fantastic edibles.

Don't sweat that bullshit. Take care of your patients and fuck these haters. It kills me on here how others want to dictate what your plant count should be. Stay legal with the state, stay clear of the feds, but some of these fucking haters are what you really need to avoid. If you do pull a profit, do some good, don't being taking it to Vegas with a bus load of hookers; you need to clothe orphans and feed widows and shit.
If you got all your patients to log in and say that you hook them right up, then the trolls will start on them too. lmao. You can't win with them, keep taking care of your patients. Good Luck to you.

The Attorney Mr. Block took this question on the MLive seminar and his advice is that COA rulings mean each Patients plants must be in a seperate enclosed and secured facility no matter how many caregiver cards you have.

He also further stated that the wife cannot have access to husbands grow(s), nor can the husband have any access to the the wifes grow(s).
