Question on RDWC and GH 3 part w liquid koolbloom.

As the title says I am running RDWC with 6 5 gallon buckets. Started to use GH 3 part during flowering along with GH liquid koolbloom. I also use RO/DI water.

Ok here is my dilemma. Up until a week ago I wasn't sure what my PH exactly so I bought a Bluelab Guardian meter and been using it for the last 9 days. I keep my PH between 5.5 to 5.8. around 3 weeks ago I start to notice what looks like a cal/mag deficiency (PH unknown but assume it was around 6.0) so I do a complete water change and add cal/mag at 75% the rec dose, so about 3/4 teaspoon per gallon. It's been 8 days and the defiency is still present, especially in leaves that didn't have it previously.

So I was reading and it looks like the GH 3 part should cover any calcium needs. Anyone else have the need to run Cal/mag with GH? What else could it be, perhaps too much calcium?

The only time I have ever had CalMag issues is when using RO water. I honestly would do another cleaning, res swap, but use tap water instead of RO water, and then mix your nutrients at a slightly lower level, pH balance, and then see what happens over the next couple days.

should I mix in Cal/mag or skip it all together like the way I was before?

Skip it all together, and just use the tap. The bottle of Cal/Mag can be saved and used in some outdoor grows, or soil grows, that is what I did with mine after I realized switching to tap solved my issue.
