Question on controls

So i'm looking at the Titan Controls Eos 1(humidity) and Zephyr 3 (Temp)

Other than are these good products? Will they work with all equipment types? Im running a SoleusAir SG-DEH-30M-1 dehumidifier.

It has factory controls, the problem is I set it to 50% it gets down to 50% and keeps running. Just to toy with it, I changed the setting to 60% and its STILL running. Wouldn't it realize hey im at 50% and they want me at 60% -- I'll just shut off now.

i run C.A.P Humi-1 and i also run a environment controller from them too.. but I've had them for years no issues ever .. i have had many different humidifiers plugged to it and my envirmonet has had a bunch of kinds too never had issues.. but I'm a firm believer f buying the original companies thats had the technology and shit for years.. caps been around a long as time but i do like the titan controls and how they all intertwine.. i believe they have a CPU setup now that links your cells to the controls.

Im a noob.....but i have a titan lighting controller and i think it is exceptionally made. Instructions sucked but the product has pasted my exceptions. Sorry kinda off subject but hopefully helpful.

I heard a lot of horror stories with C.A.P. It seems that the people who like it have had them for years, so perhaps it was a great product. And I have no first hand experience so it still may be a good product.

Every manufacturer will have duds, I guess the consumers goal is to minimize those by going with reputable products.

They are same price as the Titan stuff.

I've had many cap items, any many have failed. Cap is out of business. RM supply was bought out. Retailers were enticed by RM Supply because of their bargain basement prices...thats it.

If you want something that works and is reliable I would recommend a Honeywell humidistat.
