question for you steal rubbermaid growers

I'm growing in 2 rubbermaids, I'm not sure on the size but its what everyone else on here uses for their rubbermaid grows. My plant is getting to be too tall for the tubs when the lid is on, and was wondering if anyone knew a way I could expand it without giving up the stealth? What do you guys do when the plant gets too tall for the growspace? and it's about 2-3 weeks into flowering so I'm not sure if I can trim it down or do anything as I don't want to stress it out and have it go hermie on me.

bend it =o) u can use a string to tie it to the stalk the grow auxins will be redirected to the lower branches another perk

Here is what i had to do on my first grow:


First I had to cut out ahole on the bottom of the rubbermaid to slip the pot into. Then I raised the rubbermaid so that the pot was hanging out the bottom. Thi gave me like 4-5" of grow height and then I had to LST as shown here:

Can I still bend the stalk back and low stress train it even though its probably 3 3.5ft tall now and the buds are putting on more weight every day, but they are still small
