i recently started smoking the herb again. and i enjoy it very much. but i have a little issue. awhile back up i was put on medication for anxiety disorder/panic attacks. i just recently got off the meds like 2 months ago which is when i started smoking. for the most part the weed calms me a bit. but sometimes i get serious panic attack, death fears, tight chest, etc. is it the strain im smoking? am i smoking to much? i mean i dont get it. 85% of the time im high chill and feel amazing yet some times im just hit with horrible panic attacks. thanks in advance sorry for a dumb question.

As your sig says... "When you smoke the herb it reveals you to yourself.". Well, that is the herb revealing yourself to you... I suggest cutting back, really diagnosing what causes it (the setting you smoke in, the people around you, the amount that you smoke).

Depersonalization and Mary Jane.

Hope this helps.

Let the chi flow

It can build up behind a dam and make me feel anxious, too.

Are you smoking mystery bud like most of the outlaws?

Breath.

Deeply.

Breath.

Certain good herbs are known to be psychoactive.

This means MORE MIND.

Every human is located somewhere along the spectrum of panic predisposition.

MORE MIND = more panic.

Good herbs are like good food.

Not everyone likes it.

EVERYONE finds something they like in the

Funny Pix Thread.

With the right cannabinoid mixture you may feel panic but will be unable to do anything about it but chill.

Did anyone see the show where the European lady went to work in a coffee shop in The Netherlands to see what the 420 scene was really all about?

This was the same chick that the first time she got high, on the TV non the less, took 22 hits off a large, potent blunt and got almost as freaked as when the good doctor injected her with liquid IV THC.

It sounds like when you smoke, you start creating all of these hyperventelated conditions. Weed stimulates the imagination and your mind sounds thirsty, you need to entertain your imagination more when you smoke.

The trick to controlling the mind is to learn how to recognize bad patterns of thought that will force your mind to create all these false conditions.

Change the subject in your head if your thoughts start telling you bad things. Think of fun, silly, creative things, you just have to keep your mind positive and dynamic.

A lot of it has to do with the fact that you just started smoking again. I'm willing to bet that it will go away over time. I've had similar things happen to me before. I quit smoking for 4 years when I was in the military. I went to one of my good friends house, and he decided he was going to take a couple of bong hits. The bud that he had happened to be very good and I took one small hit, and 10 minutes later I was trembling and my heart was racing. Eventually, I got over it and it never happened like that again. Sometimes if I don't smoke for a week or so, I might get a little noid, but it goes away after I continue smoking on a fairly regular basis.
