A mate of mine said that if i cut all the useless leave off when flowering my plants would produce better yield because there would be more light getting to the bottom end of my crop.. ive thought about doing it but im not sure has any one ever tryed it..please let me knw. and would you ever try it?

don't do it. the plant will use the nutes stored in the leaf's during the later stages of flowering.

it would be like cutting off your arms to run faster .. Fan leaves are the lifeline of the plants, never cut them off .. ever, they will fall off on theyre own when need be. Tuck them under the bud for more light. They will stretch to the light anyways, so you will have more growth with the fan leaves, especially when photosynthesis of those leaves are involved
