Question concerning airflow

ok here's some background info, clearly im a new poster here but ive been reading for some time.. so high to everyone ^^

I'm building a "stealth" cabinet, 25.25" wide x 18.25" deep x 36" high, using 8 42w CFL bulbs

my light assembly will take about 6", my pots are 8" high which should leave me with 22" of usable growing space(not including the space in the pot with no soil so + 1-2"), from what ive been reading thats around the max you want to grow with CFL bulbs.

I've purchased 4 pretty powerful 120mm PC Case fans(110 CFM).

my first question is, should I put 2 air in fans, 1 air out, and 1 to keep the foliage moving?

second how will adding one of the diy carbon filters affect my airflow? will i need 2 outtakes fans working together?

overall, what is a good in/out ratio, how much air needs to be moving through the case

im sorry if i was too vague, next week after i head to the hardware stores ill get the rest of the interior completed and get some pics up in a separate thread

anyone? .. im going to assume my 220 CFM unput is overkil since im only growing in a 9 cu. ft area then. ive already purchased a few goodies to help mange the fans.

ill be sure to post plenty of pics once i get the box built this weekend!

please if you have any input on the airflow before i finish i would appreciate it.
