Question about which strains will grow outdoors in Northern Arizona.

Hello everybody. I want to grow some plants outdoors in northern AZ.

I am thinking about growing either Sensi Seeds Early Skunk, Sensi Seeds Early pearl, Female Seeds Outdoor Grapefruit, Female seeds Easy Sativa.

The reason I am considering these plants is because they grow nice and big and tall, produce a lot of medicine, and finish in September and don't require as much light as similar plants of their stature/production since they were designed to grow and finish outdoors in the Netherlands. (I figure if they will finish well under the Netherlands sun, they should come out fantastic in the Northern AZ sun.

My concern however, is that AZ is much more dry than the Netherlands. Also the Netherlands is below sea level where as Northern AZ is about 5000 to 7000 (1600 - 2100 m) above sea level, so Co2 levels will be much lower as well. However I am more concerned about the humidity levels.

Will this low humidity and higher elevation negatively effect the strains I've mentioned?

Of the seeds I mentioned, will one work better than any of the others?

If these are bad choices, can somebody recommend a different strain for an outdoor grow in Northern AZ?

I need something that grows tall, high production, and finishes early like September and smokes good (of course).

I am a novice grower and this is my first post. Thank you in advance for any help.

Because Arizona rules about growing medical marijuana require a 10 foot high wall (about 3 meters) with a locking metal gate. A 10 ft high wall is going to block a lot of light. The taller the plant is, the more light it will get, especially toward the tops of the plants. My plan is to grow the plants nice and tall, (never topping) and cutting off the lower branches which won't be getting as much light so the plant will put everything into the tops.

A short plant would miss out on a lot of light just because of the fact that I have to put up a 10 ft wall.

could you use a chain link fence?
how much area will this fence cover?
how much direct sunlight will they get?
i think you will hurt your yield by not topping...and lsting....
don't worry about Co2 this is outdoor...
my biggest plants last year were blue dream, agent orange, sour flower and jilly bean....

also welcome!

Thanks. It can't be visible to the general public, so it would have to be covered up. I'm under the impression that not every plant needs to be topped or scrogged or LSTed.

The Serious Seed's page for Chronic says:

"Do not top plants to encourage multiple big buds, as this strain does not
respond well."

http://www.seriousseeds.com/england_flash/index_eng.htm

So I am looking for something that you don't need to top, like Serious Seed's Chronic, except something that finishes earlier, gets taller and does well in dry weather.... Anything?

Just create the fence to have more square footage around plant. You shouldn't create a fence that is 5x5 for 1 plant. Maybe do a 10x10 or 15x15 then you will have no worries.

I would stick with Afghan or Kush. If you start them indoors then transplant outside they will get much bigger than it would in Europe.
