Question about Watts...Help if you can

Ok I have a quick question. I am a cfl grower, I have many globes going at once, is my rig only as strong as the most powerful bulb in it? Do K's add up either. How do I determine the wattage of my set up.

add up the total wattage of your bulbs. If you have 5 90 watt bulbs, you have 450 watts total...

yeah, just add up all of the watts of all of your bulbs, and this will give you your total watts.. as far as k's adding up, no they do not.. k stands for kelvin, which is the rating system they use for the color the bulbs put off.. so if your using two 2700 k bulbs, you don't know have the equivelent of a 5400k bulb.. you just have to bulbs that are in the 2700k range, nothin more, nothing less..
