i have been growing for two months with two 4' and two 2' fluorescents and i want to start flowwering because the plant is about a foot tall will this setup be able to flower the plant
question about using fluorescent

yup no problem ...rig the 2 footers up on each side of the plant(s) and have the 4' ones side by side right over the top with only about a foot of space separating them and keep them in close to the tops of the plants and just watch it go

i have the two 2' lights on the wall and the 4' lights are leaned over it from the floor to the wall above

should be fine as long as you can move the 4 footers up as they grow...if not go to walmart and get 2 more 2 footers for 25 bucks and re-rig it
