Question about "tea" (not tea) and aeration.

I've started adding malted barley powder (5g/10L) and seaweed extract (1-2-5, 20-25g/10L) to what used to be chemical nutrient mix for my coco plants. It seems fine so far but it hasn't been long enough to really tell.

During the heat wave, some of the buckets developed a little bit of foam. I know that Earth Juice recommends bubbling and heating their solution before using. Would there be any benefit to doing that with my own mix?

Bubbling is to support aerobic bacteria action. Anaerobic bacteria is generally bad. If you're making a tea with bacteria and fungus, aerating is good.

Sounds good, thanks. I'll get the details from the Earth Juice site and see how it works out.
