Question about Stretch, Undercarriage Defoliation and Netting

Stretch:
Curious to know how long the "stretch phase" lasts when you switch to flower. Someone had mentioned before when I was inquiring about being ready to switch that I may have waited too late but we'd know in about 2 weeks. LOL Well, I'm 2 weeks into flower and boy have they grown. When I netted them right before flipping to 12/12, they were sitting at just under 2' (about 1' 8' to be exact). How long does stretch phase last? I noticed they grew like mf for a bit after switching and now I have tons of little flowers starting to form on them. Is stretch over or is it going ton continue?

Undercarriage Defoliation:
While I did do a lot of trimming of lower stuff before flipping, there's still a lot of growth under there that's really not getting any light. Often when watering find dead leaves in there as well. Overall they look pretty healthy to me. How much defoliation on the under regions can I even do at this point in flower without shocking them and messing up my yield (or worse)? I've even trimmed off little bitty tops that we skinny an way below the tops that I'm pretty sure won't ever turn into anything cept (Maybe) some popcorn..

Netting:
When I put the net on to even out my canopy after doing a little topping, fimming, it was just under 2 feet. As you can see in the pictures, they have grown almost double their height. Should I consider adding another net for support of these massive buds I'm going to get (LOL)and maybe even to even out my canopy again? Not sure about doing any bending or even leaning at this point to even it out?

Other:
I'm directing my fans towards the wall of the tent so that they don't get a direct hit constantly but they're still moving pretty good. Is that ok? I've always thought the breeze makes the stems stronger so that they can handle the weight later on?

FAQ
Heavyweight Seeds Fruit Punch (Genetics= Skunk x Haze x Northern Lights )
Expected height according to "the google" 3' 2" - 5' 2"
Current height (starting at the top of the pot) 3' 5"
Tops currently currently about 4' 2" from floor of tent
LED Lights are about 13" from the tops
3x3x7 Tent
Spider Farmer SE5000 LED Lights
AC Infinity 6" Inline Ducting with Carbon Filter (Air goes into the carbon filter and blow OUT of the tent)
2 Fans above
1 oscillating fan below
Using Tap Water and CalMag along with Cultivation Nation 3 part Grow/Micro/Bloom Nutrients Ph'd to about 6.7-6.8
Day Temps run 80-85 with humidity in high 40's to low 50's
Night temps drop to about 71
At this point watering about every other day but just use CalMag and water every other one so as to not overfeed
Started them in FF Happy Frog and moved to FF Ocean Forest when transplanted into the 5 Gallon smart pots

I'd clear out the leaves underneath the canopy that get no light-you can remove most everything underneath the canopy, and I suggest getting a fan going under there too. The RH inside a packed canopy is much higher than the RH in your room and that humid/stagnant air is what causes problems.

I have a small little gray oscillating fan on the bottom. Just needs a little movement under there right? That said, clearing out some paths for the air to be able to escape the undercarriage would be beneficial I think. Hmmmmm, you just made me think of something. I wonder is AC Infinity has a separate temp probe/monitor so that I can monitor the humidity and temps BELOW deck and not just above.. Good thinking Rurumo!!

You don’t use the nets to just support plants
You weave the plant throughout the netting
Twist tie at each net hole causing bud sites to reach for light
End result more uniform canopy and more buds

Thanks!!

But, if my buds are already forming, is that a good idea to try and do weaving through a net to adjust canopy this late in the game? I used the lower one to do just that (even the canopy and then have them grow to the light) but now they've stretched and there a few outliers as far as height goes by a few inches.

I guess you are past the stretch
Just seems a waste to not use a net to its true potential
Btw breaking and bending stems and tying them down all those wounds will heal and grow stronger than before
