question about stress/opinion needed

So my hope to be girls need to be transplanted in to 5 gal pots , I also want to take cuttings. would it be to much stress on them to do both ?

take cuttings then transplant in to their new homes at the same time? and or if not what would be the proper way, cutting first then let recover before transplant or transplant recovery then cuttings ?

Imo yes especially if it is a tempermental strain. I usually transplant first then after 5 days then I'll take the cuttings.

Either way. its good to give your plant time to recover.

as long as you are not changing medium i dont see how u stress them? i really dont? i never have, just make sure u dont take cuttings to late upto week 2-3 flower is very max utherwise ul end up with low yeilding short shit plants
