question about seedling..

well i've got my grow room all set up and the seedlings were looking nice, but my cat seriously got up in there and bit off the top of the plant. is there any chance of it's survival or is it ruined?

you could be OK if there are still leaves remaining, otherwise it's toast, sorry.
