Question about pollinating for a few seeds

Hello.
My friend has some male plants and I have all females. I was going to isolate a few branches of mine and pollinate them to get a few seeds. He lives 200 miles away so he snipped off a few male branches with lots of pollen sacks and mailed them to me.
When I got them, they were kind of squished and damp.If I let them dry out will there still be some good pollen or did the dampness kill the pollen? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

will get sum avtivity if let all dry good shake through a siftwith small holes collect the pollen

it will be a weaker percentage of seeds but som of the pollen had to be safe - and willing to perform
