What you have is a High Pressure Sodium light, the only vapor light is Mercury Vapor and they are shitty for plants. Your light will put out 70 watts which isn't even enough for 1 plant. I know this because many years ago I was like you and thought that they might work ok, so i used 3 of them and 4 (23W) CFl bulbs to flower 1 plant, basically I had 300 watts of light. My plant did flower and it did provide 31 grams of smokable material. I threw that setup away and went with a 600 Watt HPS with a Digital Ballast and Cool Tube. Grew 1 plant and got 480 Grams of smokable material. Granted I used LST, better Nutes, better genetics and a whole lot more experience but I can say without a doubt that the Number 1 contributor to Yield has been the light.
