Question about lighting situation...

i have 4 clones (purple kush) planted 12 days ago (soil, 18-6, 250-400w MH ), i have fed them twice at minimum strength and seem to be doing fine (except for a little leaf curl). They have shown a couple inch growth in this time and are about 10 inches tall.

Here is my problem.

The power will be out in my place for around 3-4 hours tomorrow . This outage will occur 4 hours into the day cycle, so should i just put them into flowering, or will the stress be minimul that I can veg for another week afterwards ?( i want to keep them pretty small.)

thanks for any help.

Im wondering if you could set up a little camping lantern for those hours would keep the stress low. because sure the light quality would be greatly diminished but the clones would still get some level of light.

I dont really have time time to go get a lantern, this is kind of last minute. Any advice on how much stress this will induce or if I should just not worry and start them into flowering?

Also I could just leave the light straight on until the power goes out (that will be 28 hours of straight light), then not turn the lights back on until after 6 hour of dark ,then start the cycle from there ; will this limit stress? thx for any help/advice for my situation

I guess but I dont think that little dark period is really going to stress the plants out that much. Dont mean to offend but you may be overthinking it abit cannabis is a hearty plant and ive heard it takes alot more to stress these plants out than a short unplanned dark period. even if it does get alittle stress if your confident in your growing abilities the recovery will take no time at all.
